  • Primarily, individual therapy, with limited options for couples and family sessions. I also offer clergy and ministerial consultation to aid in mental health awareness in ministry and pastoral care. Lastly, I can provide workshops on end-of-life care from a Catholic perspective for individuals, parishes, or other groups. All services are virtual at this time, with phone or video options available.

  • At this time, no. I can provide a super bill, detailing diagnoses and session cost to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, however. You may also be able to use funds from a health savings account (HSA) to pay for therapy.

  • Individual 1hr sessions are $150.

    Couple/Family 90 minute sessions are $200.

    Consultation services may vary, with an average of around $300.

    End-of-life workshops are $50 a person for groups or can be booked as individual or couple sessions by adding “end of life” in the comment section.

  • No! I am happy to work with people from all backgrounds and all walks of life. I have experience with religious, gender, racial, and sexual minorities. At the St. Louis VAMC, I serve on the cultural competency committee and in graduate school I worked on a research team to promote whole person wellness for Christian members of the LGBT community.

  • The therapeutic relationship is meant to be flexible, so sometimes issues that you don’t initially expect to be relevant suddenly are. However, if at the outset you are looking for a provider to assist in the following, I might not be the best fit due to lack of experience and competency. You are welcome to reach out for a free consult to find some more appropriate referrals.

    • Borderline Personality Disorder

    • Developmental Disabilities

    • Formal trauma treatment such as Cognitive Processing Therapy or EMDR

    • Play therapy or therapy with children or adolescents

    • Assessments for learning disabilities, social security disability, VA disability claims, gender transition, or reproductive services

    • Any medication management services
